Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Contiributing to the deliquency of a minor

If someone where to purchase alcohol for one person but it ended up getting drank but several minors, does that mean that person gets mulitiple charges instead of just one? Also, what are the penalties for this in MI?

It all depends upon the specific definition of the law, meaning the words used in how it was written. Were you cited with a violation? We would need to use that law to see how it applies.
