I've heard of these issues before, seeking to fire the complaining employee. Don't panic. Typically these types of retaliatory termination for the victim of sexual harassment is the greater likelihood that an employment lawyer might take your case on contingency. It's not an accusation that an employer wants to have made publicly. Having video evidence of the victim being accused of something minor isn't a good reflection on the company given the totality of the circumstances. So while I can understand the nerves, just keep it together and don't worry. I don't see any more optimal route you could have taken. Good luck.
