What we dont know is why. Is CPS acting on a tip or just trying to bully? I agree to the rights of the OP but again if clean why not just take test and be done with it? I understand it could be a bully action and unwarranted. I also agree OP has right to refuse. I am just saying it might end this to take test knowing results rather than prolong it.
