An old acquaintance got pregnant 2 years ago and told me she was pregnant, she also said is was not mine and she was seeing her ex boyfriend. A week ago I was subpoenaed to go to court to determine child support. Between the 2 years I had a baby with my wife and now have to deal some lady trying to get child support payments, (trying to strain a happy home). What can I do to avoid this shenanigan?

You don't want to ignore this, otherwise she'll back door you and get your loot.

Nothing you can do to avoid this, except go to court, deny paternity, take the court ordered DNA test, and await the results when the judge says, "Mister, you are NOT the baby's daddy!"
