hi. me and my wife are going to get a divorce, currently we do not live together any more for financial problems on both sides mine are just about to stabilize, as i will be working as a medic, my question is since my wife is living with her parents because of the financial issues is it possible for me to take custody of our kids once i am able to do so financially? i dont want my kids being raised by her parents

You will have to have a lot more than you don't like her parents.

Mom living with her parents means virtually nothing for custody. You can still ask for joint. Also be sure that her parents do not interfere with any visitation schedule. Just because mom lives with them, they do not call the shots here.
