I need to know if I can file for a diss. I have a child that is allready established in the csea system support is current and juvenile court is separate as for me and her mother. Everything is split and divided we have been split us since 05 just neither had the money to divorce.

Yes, you can file for a dissolution of marriage (if, that is, you are married to someone).

If you are asking me if you can take a kid to court with you, the answer is, "That is a very bad idea. Find a babysitter."

I was under the impression that because Of my child I was not able to go with a diss. but she is allready established with the crt system and I have nothing to split or deal with just need to finalize paperwork to satisfy the crt!!!
