I am in a middle of a divorce, we have a temp orders hearing the end of the month. Neither my wife or I have been able to get lawyers due to the finacial strains of the seperation. We have two children. My wife keeps texting and calling me saying how i better be ready that she is gonna burry me in court, along with countless names that i wont repeat. Do i have grounds to get a no contact order to stop the harrassment?

If I were you, I'd change my number and not give it to her.

With that said, you really need to at least consult with an attorney. She may be bluffing about not having an attorney and if she has one and you don't, you are screwed. Keep records of all of this, a judge may not get a kick out of her childish behavior. You need to have all your ducks in a roiw to make sure you see your kids on a regular basis and that mom cannot play games.
