Provide details. Were you arrested, handcuffed, booked, arraigned, pled, bailed out? Given a citation? Something else?

Case law isn't likely to help you. There are probably hundreds of appellate decisions applying to dog bites. But if you want to, try Google Scholar and review the search results.
