Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication drinking

my question is, How could you be charged with an underage drinking if you passed a breathalizer test and was not given a field sobrietey test or blood work?...this happened in Bradford Pennsylvania...thankyou for your time..

Were you charged with possession? You don't need to be drinking to be charged with it. You need to look exactly at what you were charged with in order to think about your defense.
