drug testing laws

the problem i had was that every service including safelink (obama phone) at least if Fl has text and what got me mad was the way he said it. also my dcf case worker is 22 yrs old trying to tell him to call me not text me didn't get through to him who knows what would happen if he got a bounced back text LOL. plus I was trying to find out how to deal with the test he said he sent me on previously to now that i didn't get the texts for but a good customer of mine ( i am his preferred mechanic) came back in to town now he is a retired county judge for where i live in the family court division so he's handling it.
 
You can also give the number of a relative you trust.

If you want to get back in your child's life, you gotta satisfy the bullies, mate.

Think of the state as a kidnapper.

This kidnapper wants you to do stuff, and you get your kid back.

I bet you're a great father.

So, do whatever the kidnapper demands to get your kid back.

Then call him and don't text. I have no idea what the rest of your comment says.

Texting is unreliable and people don't always get texts. But if you have a phone call or you go in person that's a bit more reliable. You're not getting texts so you need a different method of communication. If you tell them to call you they can leave a voicemail and then you get the message.

one thing I'm british so i do speak English and look up the definition of hypocrite and the 82 in your name means usually that you were born in 82 so i am older than you by a bit so i will ignore a youngster so have a nice day ;)
 
and psychologically speaking do you have a boyfriend cause if you do i would hate to be him if this is how you treat strangers by trying to put them down. So what don't you like about your self

You don't even seem to speak British English...anyway. So what if I was born in 82 - your point? Being older does not make one wiser. You are the case in point because you have no clue what you're talking about. You do realize there are lawyers out there who are younger than you right? Would you ignore them?

Nothing you said was "psychologically" speaking lol. No I don't have a boyfriend. I have a shitty ex husband. How have I treated you? I am blunt with everyone I talk to including family and friends and they don't mind it. If I was dating a guy and he didn't like how blunt I am then he's not worth my time. I see now that you're trying to make personal attacks. Generally when one does that, they've lost the argument or debate. So I'm not going to get further into anything personal with you. Your question was answered. You didn't like the answers. That's your own fault. If you want to see your kid again, you have to follow what child services says. If you aren't getting text messages then COMMON SENSE would say get another form of communication instead of bitching on a forum. If the state told me I had to take 100 drug tests a month to see my child, I'd do it.

As for the one comment above- it needs a qualifier. One is never at the mercy of child services. If child services requires something to be done it either needs to be backed up in statute or by court order.
I never did see in these comments that the drug tests were ordered by the court but perhaps I missed it. That is usually where such a requirement will be generated. Otherwise it is only a request and can not have any penalty for non-compliance.
The communication by text message is completely out of the ordinary.
Something is out of whack here and it seems the father has options to pursue but it just isn't clear where the problem is really at.

I had no problem until he starts throwing personal insults at me for no reason. I think I held myself back reasonably well considering what he said to me.

as for your ? on what started this my ex accused me of abusing my prescription meds i have a collapsed disc in my back, blown knee torn rite rotator cuff and ptsd from the military. my ex laust custody do to her drug problem and that why i left her. no she thinks that's the best way to get back at me and she got my daughter to lie to dcf by telling her that it would get me and her mother back together

Lighten up Francis. I don't know why you're yelling at me. You already got answers and you don't like them. So that's not my problem or my fault. You seem to have an anger control issue which you should work on. Perhaps you need to take some drugs to chill out. I feel really bad for your kid if you can get so easily pissed off by a stranger on the Internet. Time to go to ignore.

aw did i make you mad because i have been laughing at you loosing your temper and what i did for the military you have to be in full control of your emotions i have been having fun pissing you off LMFAO and my name isn't francis but that's still a common name but leslie is a 1940's name
