Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Drugs found in a car in my name

I let a friend use a car that was in my name and he was pulled over and drugs were found. Will I get in trouble for this because the car is in my name? Will the police contact me? and what will happen to the car?

Can't say as I don't know the facts. Was he charged as being in possession or were the drugs found in the glove compartment of the car?

It was found in the trunk of the car.

I would say that now lies all on what explanation your friend gave to the police. I would doubt he knew they were in the trunk eh??
