What are the most clear signs of elder financial abuse especially concerning wills and estate's and end of life? And whom do I report this to, what agency?

There are too many different scams to mention.
I suggest if you think any elder is being abused, cheated, or bamboozled, start with the local police, or your state's agency on elders.
