Evicting Adult Child

Please help me! I have a 29 year old son who is still living at home. He does not work, does not contribute in any way to the home. I do know he's smoking marijuana and abusing inhalants, and possibly abusing other drugs. How do I go about legally evicting from our home? I simply cannot take the stress any longer. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Well the legal way is to go to court and serve him an eviction notice. Google the eviction laws in your state.

The non legal way is to simply tell him to pack up his stuff and he is to be out in a week or the locks are being changed.
