Fair visitation?

Im a single Dad to a 1 - 1/2 yr old. My ex and I are trying to come to an agreement on custody. Whats considered Fair visitation? She is using my excessive work hours against me. We live in the same town however I work away from home approx 60-70 hrs a week. I currently see my child 3-4 hours Sat evening and 3-4 hours on Sunday. Some weekends I dont make it home at all. Never had overnight visits. Thats also a touchy subject. She is happy with the current schedule or offered me to have him all day on Sunday. Would a judge even sign off on that agreement? How do other people handle visitation schedules when they work long crazy hours?

There is no normal.

People do what is best, NOT for themselves, but for their child.

If you can't agree, the court will decide for you.

The less you share about your life with her, the better for you.

Keep your private life and your work life private.

For all you know, she may be stripping 18 hours a day.

That said, think what is BEST for your child.
