Felony in Oregon and I have failed to pay...

I have a Felony in Oregon and I have failed to pay. I have contacted them to see how I can go about taking care of this and the cs rep over the phone said i have to go to the court. I'm living in California. Can I talk to my PO and see if I can get my payments straightened out? I want to get my life straightened out and I have a couple other tickets I'm in process of fixing, this one I feel is first. I just really messed up and don't want to go to jail.

There was a misdemeanor on this as well.
