First Speeding Ticket

Hello. Just before the turn of the year I received my first speeding ticket when I was home in North Carolina for going 64 in a 45 zone. I remember hearing a family member mention something about the Prayer of Judgement over my Christmas break and I have a few questions:

1. Am I elligible for a Prayer of Judgement?
2. If so my next problem is that I go to school in Florida, would it still be possible for me to get one from down here?
3. How exactly do I go about getting one?

Be careful, if convicted, there is risk your licence will be suspended since you were more than 15 over.

An attorney has the best chance of minimizing the damage (via PJC or reduced charge) and can handle this for you with out your presence.
