I just signed to recieve forclosure papers delivered to me. I moved out of my "soon to be" ex-wifes house 7 months ago. I never signed any paper work and the loan was never in my name. I am on the insurance for her death that I would somehow recieve the house. Am I responsible for the house? Will this hurt my credit? None of the paperwork for the loan was in my name. Please help me.. I'm worried
