How does one get govt agencies to do what they are paid for.? Example. HUD, to enforce the laws that be Violated. Who else should be informed? Who monitors them?

I'm just trying to get help. Continuous violations of the laws that are suppose to protect tenants, with a "protective status".

Contact your local elected officials, see what you can learn.
Maybe one of them might want to do her job and help you.
