Not sure I understand the question but will assume you're asking:
(1) Can a landlord ban a person from a leased property if there is a verbal but not physical altercation?
(2) Can a landlord who banned a person from a leased property call the police to have the banned person arrested if they return and enter the premises?
The answer to both questions is yes. Many leases contain provisions about who is allowed on the premises. Take, for example, a person who has a criminal conviction for selling drugs and has come over to do the same. But the best way for you to determine what rights a landlord has is to read all the terms and conditions of your lease agreement.
