I have a beautiful nephew who is trying to be yanked out of his home by Child Protective Services. I am looking for anyone that can help, or even point us in the right direction.
The Story,
My brother and his girlfriend were contacted by a social worker about 2 weeks ago. While the lady was following up on a call made by the sister of my brothers girlfriend. My nephew found a pot pipe under the couch belonging to the nephew of my brothers girlfriend. The nephew took 100% responsibility and was asked to leave and not come back. The worker also insisted that the girlfriend submit to a drug test she agreed but apparently took it at a place that the worker did not accept. So the worker then ordered her to submit to a hair follicle test. That also was done this time at the location chosen by the worker. The worker continued to stop by with a police escort often and searched the house claiming to be checking up on the children. Now they have threatened to take the kids if a safety plan is agreed to. Please keep in mind that this lady has not received any results from from the test. Also when this first took place she called my mother numerous times telling her that there was something the girl was hidding because she couldn't at that very moment run down and submit to the test. The girlfriend and my brother do not have a drivers license and my mom and I work so the test was taken the very moment it was possible. What can we do to get these people off my families back. My nephew and his sister are very well taken care of there is always food in the house they are always clean. There is no reason for them to continue to be concerned every inspection has been fine. PLEASE HELP US SOMEBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
