I have been married for 4 years now and living with my wife for 5 years with her two son and my son. i moved into her home and my name is not on the deed. now things are not working out and she wants to file for divorce and have me and my son evicted. I have been out of work for 8 months now and was able to continue to pay my half of the mortgage up until April now that i have no income coming in she is ready to be be done with marriage. She is working full time and is capable of managing the mortgage. Is it capable for her to evict me without notice and just change the locks and add a home security system to the house?
