well i've well informed that around the premise of the UCSB campus, mip can lead to 1yr suspension of drivers liscense. however i got cited with a mip over this weekend at lake cachuma which is a good 10 miles away from the campus. my question is am i still in threat of getting my liscense being suspended? if so, how likely am i to get it suspended? i am turning 21 before my court date. i hate to do this but a reply will be greatly appreciated. this situation is eating me from the inside out.
