cause u are like me it is considered a violent crime I have a assault 4 misdermenor for a yelling arqument between me and other half that it but assault no matter what falls under domestic violence act and it is hard to get them back I just found out my self was told by judge that when it was all over I would still have gun rights I but no now I am fighting to get them back the only way u can hunt legaly till u wrangle ur gun rights back is by bow
