If children live in in my home that arent mine, what are my rights?

Recently two children moved into my home to whom I am not related, they are 13 year old twins. Their grandmother has custody of them, however she doesnt want them, but she doesnt want to stop recieving money every month, they get an SSI check from their dead mother. She will not give me any legal paperwork, so that I can enroll them in school, seek medical attention, those kinds of things, My question is, If they reside in my home, Dont I have any rights? I am very confused, and these children are very troubled.

You need to file for custody asap. With custody you can start receiving the SSI money but until then, technically grandma has custody. See if an attorney can help you OR go down to the court house and pick up the paperwork and see about filing for custody and having her served.
