If kids fundraise with my product, do I claim what they keep?

I let the youth sports teams and scout boys sell my books. The books cost $30. The books that they sell cost them $20 and they keep $10. So, in essence I sell it to them for $20. Is it better for me to claim profit on the $20 or to claim profit on the $30 and show a $10 donation for each book? Thanks.
