IL resident married in Vegas and divorcing in IL?

Hello,

My wife and I are residents of IL but we married in Vegas 4 years ago. Now we are discussing the prospect of divorcing. If we divorce in IL will the laws of IL (specifically concerning equitable property) apply or will the laws of Vegas apply since we married there?

You divorce where you have legal residency, which is IL. It does not matter where you married.
