After being booked into the Elpaso County Jail and given my inmate ID and pin number which along with my finger print is needed to make a phone call. After trying to call a bondsmen i got recording saying my info was invalid i was told i would need to send a kite to the comunication department and it would take 7-10 days every deputy told me the same thing i was incarcerated for 3 days and denied the use of any other phone to arange bail i took matters into my own hands which resulted in serious injuries. Were my rights violated?

What do you mean you took matters into your own hands? Who received serious injuries? What type of injuries?

Please post your question only once - thanks.

You got violent in the jail and got yourself a beat down? Is that it?
The incident was likely audio and video recorded so think twice before trying to be a victim here.
If you think unreasonable force was used against you then speak with an attorney about your options. Odds are that your own actions instigated the conflict.
As for the phone, I suspect you will have a hard time finding something in the law that gives you a right to use it. Hollywood fooled you.

Before I can determine if your rights were violated, I need to know what you mean when you say, "you took matters into your own hands", and were injured.

Did you injure someone or something? Were you injured by someone or something? Maybe it was all a misunderstanding, a mistake, or an accident?
