I recently signed a contract in which I added, "contingent on BUYERS SATISFACTION of home inspection." The inspection did not find any major problems with the home but does point out some minor "easy to fix" items (i.e broken GCFI plugs, uneven pavement trip hazard, bdrm door wont close, etc..) . Can I back out of the contract based on findings such as these on the basis of me, the buyer being "unsatisfied" with the findings?
