Laws in California regarding Raffles

I'm trying to find information regarding laws on Raffles and Drawings in California. Eventually I'd like to get that information on as many states as possible. Is there a central location where I can do this?

I'm not aware of a single site that does this. Each state has it's own laws and regulations, usually governed by some type of gaming commission. You may do best going to each state's state attorney general's page and finding the relevant commission from there.
