It's been a lot more than three days, dude.
Fat chance you will see any money on that next payday. You've been told what your options are to get him out, but for some reason you won't do it. Whatever the end result is, you will have only yourself to blame if you don't act.
The longer you allow this new girlfriend to stay, the harder it will be to get her out too. You better deal with that one pronto. If she just showed up in the last couple days and has no right to live there then you might have a lot more luck getting the police to remove her. Taking a stand on her might show the tenant that you are finally willing to take action rather than be a pushover... and it might get him to bail out too so you can finally be done with him.
