The officer who gave me my minor in consumption (MIC) commented, before breathalyzing me, "what are you doing? Going to pray?" because I was lying in the back yard, trying to hide. Is there any law, guideline or anything that he broke by saying this?
It seems like you're praying that G-d or some other deity will save you from a minor in consumption charge for which you are guilty. No, there is no law that provides you with the benefits of your efforts of flight from law enforcement.
