Hi i just got an MIP for alcohol only and ive heard that they can give you random drug tests over the 6 month probationary period. If this is true do you know how soon after court it would start b/c if it is true i may be screwed.
It will be up to your probation officer whether or not you'll be taking drug tests. While on probation no matter what they always have the right to give you random drug tests.
