As a minor in possession even as a passenger, the vehicle does not have to be in motion. Open container laws address the alcohol being in the vehicle and ignore motion as well. This isn't something to blow off. I don't know which law you were charged with so I can't tell you. You should probably first worry about dealing with this before expungement issues come into play and you may not have to.
