Hi all, here we go.. My mother has temporary coustody of my 15yr old, has 4 many yrs. In the prior mths back she decided to actually let my child come over and visit. Now he has been telling myself and my husband he wants to come home:angel It's like my prayers have been answered. Anyway my child has been having a very hard time living there and just today he said something about hating it there so much he wants to run away. I am so worried of my child running away. I went to see a lawyer in Jan. And gave him $260.00 and he wants another 400.00 for doing nothing. Is there anything I can do to get him home quicker? What if he does run away and comes here, Can I get introuble if I let him stay here till we do go to court? what do I do? my child tells me every day, wants to come home. How much longer do I let my child keep living somewhere they do not want to be. Please someone HELP.

On no not at all We do not get along. I have three other children In my home. two will be 10yrs old soon. There is no reason why my child should not come home. the lawyer I saw said so himself and he was a judge.

Listen to your lawyer and you will get them back. You seem to be a bit dramatic, calm down, tell your child to calm down, and all will be well. Try to push things and they wont. 600 is VERY cheap for a lawyer, I wouldn't complain.
