My brother is in prison and he said something about filling an appeal to reduce his sentence time by appealing under something called the Gonzales case, i have no clue what he's talking about but would love to help him in any way i can... anybody?

Need more info. I have a feeling Gonzales is the name of a defendant in a case that was appealed, and that's what he's talking about. But we don't even know what State you are talking about.

My brother was convivted in Arizona in two counties gramn and maricopa now serving in florence arizona corectional facility. Have no clue what gonzales case to look up. He was very vague in letter.
