<div class="bbWrapper">my daughter was born in U.K. When i fill the DV-2016 form online and in part2 i must state where was she born i.e Manchester but the drop list for the " Country " of birth does not include U.K. This cause an alert for something is missing and the registration process to be impossible. Your suggestions to solve this problem would be appreciated.</div>

If you're in Libya, simply visit the nearest UK Consulate, or the UK Embassy.<br />
The UK duty officers will happily advise you.<br />
