If anyone can tell me if there are any specific guidelines i need to pass in order to deffer a ticket. I asked one person and she said that I could not have a moving violation in the past 2 years. The only problem is , is that i recived a speeding ticket last August under my intermediate license. I paid off the the ticket with no problems. But i can not have another ticket on my record becasue my insurance is already to much and if this ticket gets to the insurance company i will lose my car and be able to drive. so i need to know if i can get this ticket deffered.
