My son was talked into getting in a vehicle with a friend who do not have a permit to drive the teen got into a accident without injury. What kind of Legal problems can he be facing. He just make a very poor decision.?

Was your son driving? If not, he should not have any problems, except those that you as a parent should be giving him for his choices.
