I live in Maryland. I am having a problem i live with a couple actually my ex girlfriends brother and his fiance. The brother and I are on the lease but his fiance is not she is only 17 I want them to leave because they break agreements that we make on who and when people are coming over I don t get along at all with my ex girlfriend his sister nor do i get along with their mother her is very hateful towards me and my new girlfriend. It creates a huge problem when i want to bring my girlfriend over and i would rather not have his family there at these times. We come to verbal agreements which i hold my end of the bargain but when i get home these people are still there which usually becomes an arguement and recently has lead to him attacking me. I really like this house and do not wish to move I was thinking of agreeing that no one but him and I could be in the house but i dont think he would agree to those stipulations so i thought well maybe if i said that his fiancee who is not on the lease had to move out that would get him out ....from a legal standpoint since she is not on the lease and is not even 18 can i demand that she not live there (she does not pay rent him and I split the bills)

If his girlfriend is not on the lease then this may be a violation of your current lease. You may want to bring that up. With regard to your stipulation, it's not his choice as it is what the lease states. In addition, from a legal standpoint, you would want her on the lease regardless of whether or not she is currently 18. Minors can make some contracts "voidable" which means they can cancel them, e.g. to purchase a car. But my understanding is that this is not the case for necessities, e.g. food, drink, shelter.
