Do regular cops have a record of anyone's arrest and the crimes they have committed? Basically, am i gonna have to worry about whether this cop pulls me over because he knows I commited a certain crime in the past, and will be treated as a criminal (no matter how small the cirme).
Also, if I have been convicted of a misdemeanor, is it possible to get a pardon in any way? Can I write to my congressman, governor, even president and see if there is anything that can be done. I'm not a criminal, having a record is upsetting, not to mention affects my INS situation in a very bad way. My morality is now in jeopardy, and I don't like it. Is there anyway, I can work my ass off and try to get this conviction pardoned? The should have loopholes for people that really care.
