I was fired from my job on a Wednesday around 10:20 am, and was told to come and get my check on Friday. I show up Friday at around 10 'til 3 about 52 hours later, but there are no paychecks yet, so I was told to come back on Monday, I say I'll come back on Saturday (72 hours), but I was told the checks might be locked up. I go home and hear nothing from them. So I come back on Saturday in the morning, a little over the 72 hours later, as I will forgive them and hour. So I get there, and there is no one in the front office, I go around the back and have an employee get a supervisor who makes a few phone calls, long story short, no paycheck, it's locked up, come back on Monday.
I'm thinking, I might be entitled to pay + 3 times damages. Your thoughts ? Also, am I entitled to my Payed Time Off?
