I am preparing to go to ourt on a landlord/tenant issue and the landlord won't allow me to see the contract between us. I want to knoiw how to get a copy.

Did you retain a copy of the alleged lease when you entered into this alleged contract?
If you did, review yours.
If you didn't, the party you're suing need not cooperate with your demands.
You can, of course, petition the court to order the LL to provide you a copy.
