Possible Fraudelent Return

My daughter's father completed his taxes and claimed me and our daughter on his tax returns. He doesn't even pay child support and we only lived together for about 5 months last year, and I also worked last year. I'm not sure if I made over $5000 or not but I'm wondering is this legal? I didn't give him my consent to claim me as a dependent. And since I worked last year I provided for most of our child's needs. I'm wondering if I should report it and if so then what is the procedure for doing so?

Call the IRS and ask how you turn in someone.

Of course, if daddy goes to jail, then you will not get one cent of child support from him.
