My bank said they can not notarize my quick claim documents to sell my property. Who can legally notarize property deeds? I live in Palos Heights, IL (Cook county)

Quit claim deed is a type of deed. No quick claim. They can legally notarize it but yiu may have a problem in the future and have to get a warranty deed. Title companies will often refuse to recognize a quit claim deed and make you get back in touch with the original owner and do a warranty deed.
