I need to get a Felony Exsponged from my record,and i need to know what forms to file and where i can get them.

It all depends upon the state and the crime as to whether expungement is available and you might as well first determine your eligibility.

If the charges were dropped against me in cook county, Illinois....what forms do I need to fill out to have this false arrest taken off my record. Where do I go to get these forms.

Last summer I was charged with an underage posession. I was 19 years old, and in a different county. I did not go to court, but just mailed in a fine of $119 (i think that was the amount). Anyways, I was wondering, is there is any way to get this taken off my record? And, how can I view my record?
