We have settled with the NASD claim with brokerage through Mediation.
We have a restitution agreement with the broker that we need to firm up a bit. The County Attorney has scheduled a probation review hearing for next Thursday to try to do that.
If that can be done, then justice will have been served, or reasonably close to it.
