Until Father has established paternity he has no rights. Now if Mom goes on Welfare, Food Stamps or, Medicaid they will want Father's name ect. Once that happens the door is open for him to seek visitation and custody. Mom too can seek support once paternity is established.

The 21 year old would be wise to mind his P's and Q's. As an adult who may ave allegedly impregnated a child, storm clouds could gather rather quickly, especially in those beautiful Colorado mountains.

Dangerous territory for the 21 year old. If there was any sexual activity while the female was 15 then he could be looking at jail time.
As above, until he establishes paternity and obtains court ordered visitation the mother is not obligated to do anything at all.

It depends how long the sexual relationship existed. Just because she is pregnant at 16 does not mean they were not having sex while younger. It is not uncommon for an investigation to uncover that sort of detail.
