I have a thread on here already titled "Retaliation from neigbors."
I have my court case set up for Oct. 14th. I have plead not guilty to the disorderly conduct charge for the claim of my yelling an obscene word out of a window of my house.
Since there is a past with these neigbors and the neigbors who are "witness'" I plan to prove prejuduice and bias on both victim and the witnesses. I think I have a good case to prove this, but am not sure if I am allowed since representing myself in the informal setting of a D.J's court if I can "cross examine the witness, or for that fact even the "victim." Do I have a right to prove my case by asking these witness' questions to prove my case?
