I already made a post here a while back but i still need some help!
Ok, i was caught shoplifting at walmart about 2 months ago. When i was caught i was taken to a room and loss prevention filled out some paperworks with my information. They took a picture of me and the merchandice (about $12 worth). And had me sign a paper saying if i return to walmart or sams club it will be tresspassing.They did NOT call the police. About 15 min later i was released. They told me i would receive a civil demand in the mail, which i did, 3 weeks later and i already sent off the payment.
My question is if i will have to go to court. I still have not received anything saying i will have to but i'm worried. If anyone has been in a similar situation to me or may know what might happen please reply. Thanks!
