You can sue most anyone you can serve in small claims court.
Thank you. I appreciate you answering me. I think I may not have been clear as to what my question was. Sorry. I wanted to know if they allow a person to sue someone for the fine amounts/violations of the Rosenthal act in small claims court? Meaning, could I sue a creditor in small claims court, for the amount of the fines I feel they owe, for their violations of the Rosenthal act?
